Here’s my personal homebuying story - hope it helps someone!

📍 **City:** Gurugram  
💰 **Budget:** ₹1.5 Cr  
🏢 **Project:** Shapoorji Joyville

**What worked:**  
✔ Trusted brand  
✔ Right Floor  
✔ Up and Coming Area

**What I regret:**  
❌ Didn’t verify carpet area properly  
❌ Additional Costs by the builder over the process  
❌ Had home loan issues till the final demand

I chose my lender purely on ROI. I think it would have been better had I taken some advice. I hear OD offering is really good.
