# What is the interest tate on home loans more than 5cr?

I am thinking of buying a flat worth 10cr by a reputed builder in gurugram and payment has to be done in 5 years. 50 lakhs already paid as an EOI, now 50L has to be paid within month for filing application. So what will be the process and how much will it cost?
